Administrative Assistant for Lease Administration and Property Management -

Perform the lease administration and property management functions of the Real Estate Department. Role model and demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.
Essential Job Functions::/h2:
: Populate, update and maintain the accuracy of the Companys Real Estate Management (REM) data base for Cincinnati/Dayton Division properties. Assure the timely exercise of lease renewal terms and cancellations. Prepare monthly rent adjustment, change in ownership and related lease data modification correspondence. Prepare percentage payment calculation and correspondence. Review Insurance/CAM accrual reports. Categorize approved project and approved capital appropriation budgets of record. Produce administrative REM related reports.
: Perform the property management functions of the Real Estate Department related to Landlord compliance with Landlord obligations for building and common area maintenance and repairs. Assist Krogers Regional Accounting Center with questions and disputes in regard to the processing and payment of Landlord common area maintenance reimbursements. Review and interpret Leases and Reciprocal Easement, Covenant and Restriction Agreements.
: Customize legal documents (estoppel certificates and subordination, non:disturbance and attornment agreements) in connection with the Landlord sale and/or financing of properties. Prepare lease modification agreements covering changes to lease term, rent and basic lease provisions.
: Assist in the processing of Landlord real estate tax reimbursements.
: Assist in the completion of miscellaneous Real Estate Department activities and the preparation of miscellaneous Real Estate Department reports.

: Proficient in math Desired Previous Job Experience:/h2:
: 2:3 years of experience successfully providing technical administrative support functions in a productive working environment.
: Prior experience working with, organizing, understanding and interpreting legal documents and contracts.
